High quality luxury holiday apartment/self-catering cottage close to the coutries first seaside resort of Scarborough and the beautiful Yorkshire coastline, parks and attractions. The Stable Cottage lies in the grounds of Folkton Hall and has been converted and refurbished to a very high standard.

There are 2 en suite bedrooms both on ground floor one with shower and the other with bath and shower. The dinning room can seat 8 people for visiting friends of guests while staying at the cottage.

The cottage has been given 5 strars by visit England.

Guests are free to use the 15 acres of parkland. The cottage has its own private enclosed garden with large summerhouse with garden furniture over looking the large fountain. The Wolds Way walk can be found south of the grounds. Horse trekking is available on site.

The village pub in Flixton is only 1/2 a mile away and do great meals for all the family and just a bit further is the Fish and Chip restaurant Harpers that has a great menu to choose from or just take away fish and chips. Scarborough is only 8 miles away, Filey 5 miles, Bridlington 12 miles and York 38 Miles away.

For Golf players there is Ganton and the South Cliff golf clubs are just 10 minutes away.
